Will I need to rent a car?
All of your transportation, including rides to and from shooting locations, from and to the Airport/Ferry are covered.
What is the sleeping arrangement?
Comfortable shared room with one other photographer in Lodge.
How far will I have to hike?
Most of our locations are a 30 minutes walk away from the parking, may be uneven terrain so bring good shoes.
We bring plenty of water, and plan for frequent rest stops.
Arrival and Departure...
Vancouver Island
Book your flight straight to YYJ for the easiest travel. If you prefer to fly into Vancouver you can take the ferry from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay Victoria.
Please plan on arriving no later than 1pm on the first day and departing after 2pm on the last.
Hawaii
Book your flight straight to KOA.
Please plan on arriving no later than 1pm on the first day and departing after 2pm on the last.
Costa Rica
Book your flight to SJO and out of LIO(Puerto Limon).
Please plan on arriving no later than 1pm on the first day and departing after 1pm on the last.
*Flying from some cities you may need to fly in the night before
How many hours of shooting time should I expect?
At least 4-5 hours of shooting time per day.
What is included?
Your 5 nights of lodging, transportation, all of the model fees, breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, water and wine or beer the last night are all included. Your flight expense is not included.
Do we need insurance?
We do recommend you get your own travel insurance. We have our own event insurance.

We will predominantly be shooting outdoors.
You are welcome to bring flash, lighting, reflectors ect.
We will not have Lighting and flash for everyone.
